About Me

I have worked in Careers for 27 years and I have experience of delivering Careers Guidance in lots of different setting with a wide range of client groups including Under Graduates, SEND, Teen Parents, and Young Offenders. I have experience of delivering Careers Programmes in mainstream schools as well as Special Schools and Pupil Referral Units. I am confident in motivativating and empowering young people especially those with multiple barriers.

I hold my Level 6 Certificate for Guidance Professionals and I have recently completed my Level 6 CareersGuidance qualification for SEND young people through the CDI Training Academy.  I also hold a Level 5 Diploma in Careers Education and Guidance and my Level 4 NVQ in Guidance.

I have worked in Blackburn with Darwen and across Lancashire for 22 years so I have well established great relationships with providers and educational establishments, which helps me to create opportuntiies for young people and have an up to date knowledge on local provision.
