Annual General Meetings
As part of its governance as a company and professional body, the CDI holds an Annual general meeting (AGM), usually each December. This is an opportunity for the CDI membership to hear from the CDI leadership, including the President and Directors, the Chief Executive and the Chair of the Ethics and Professional Standards Committee.

Annual report for 2024-25
The Annual Report for 2024-25 includes a welcome from the President, the report of the Chair of the Ethics and Professional Standards Committee, the report of the Chief Executive and the annual accounts for the period.

Annual report for 2023-24
The Annual Report includes the annual accounts for the period as well as an introduction by the President, the Chief Executive report and Chair of the Ethics and Professional Standards Committee report.

For this financial year, the Chief Executive report, Ethics and Professional Standards Committee report and abridged accounts were incorporated into a single report available to both CDI members and the public.
