Scotland’s 2026 exam results show rising attainment
More than 148,000 Scottish learners received their 2026 results, with attainment rising across National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher.
More than 26,000 students received results, with top grades up and STEM subjects accounting for over a third of entries.
1.1 million results were issued on Level 3 results day, covering T Levels, applied generals, AS and A Levels
