This work-based qualification is designed for practitioners whose role involves providing personal career guidance and development to clients.
Certificate in Careers Leadership (L6)
For those who are responsible for the planning, delivery and evaluation of career related learning programmes in schools, colleges and other learning environments
Information and Advice Level 4 Diploma
This course is suitable for you if you work in schools, colleges, pupil referral units or similar organisations that deliver career learning programmes and if you support students in finding and using career information.
CDI Professional Certificate - Supporting Clients with Additional Needs
This work-based qualification is designed for qualified career guidance practitioners whose role involves providing personal career guidance and development to clients with SEND.
Career Adviser Refresher Training
Embark on a transformative journey with our comprehensive two-day training program to update and refresh your skills and knowledge to excel in career guidance.
CDI Professional Certificate - Supporting Clients with Additional Needs
We are delighted to offer this course for Level 6/7 qualified career guidance practitioners working in schools, special schools and colleges to support students with additional needs. The programme aims to develop reflective practice and provide evidence of understanding and competence in working with people who have a health condition, impairment or special educational needs.
Level 6 Certificate in Career Leadership
This work-based qualification is essential training for those who are either new to the career leadership role or wish to develop within the role.
Successful completion meets the qualification requirement for the Directory of Registered Career Leaders.

The Level 6 qualification equates to ordinary degree level so you need to be able to study and produce assignments at this level. You also need to be in a role in which you work to the CDI Code of Ethics.
