Heads the team covering the Register, CDI Academy and Qualification in Career Development, quality assurance and professional development.

Awarding body and CDI Academy administration, supporting accredited course attendees, statistical reports and learner records.

Memberships and Marketing Manager

Manages the CDI brand and marketing. Leads communications with members, the member offer and experience and gaining new members.

Membership Services Administrator

Administration and enquiries relating to memberships and their benefits; applications, renewals, ongoing access and bulk membership schemes.

Finance Assistant and Office Manager

Membership payment queries, all invoices and credit control and finance queries. Also Register and CPD Diary queries and CDI office management.

Managing CPD training from webinars to conferences and bespoke training. Commercial partnerships for advertising, sponsorship and exhibiting.

Design the delivery of the CPD calendar for events, webinars and bespoke training. Support the development of new events and commercial services.

Digital Services Manager

Management of IT, telephony and digital platforms including the website and the Register. Project management of technology change projects.

CDI Associates

To complement the core team, the CDI works with a number of expert Associates. Working on a freelance basis, the roles covered include trainers and assessors for our qualifications, leaders of expert webinars and workshops and project associate on either an ongoing or ad-hoc basis. Volunteering for the CDI

The CDI is fortunate to be supported by a wide variety of members who give up their time to support the organisation and the career development profession. Volunteers cover a wide range of roles, including sitting on the Board, Council and EPSC.
