Replacement Certificate Service

As the recognised authority within the careers sector, we maintain an archive of historical qualification records, which we can access to assist individuals seeking a replacement copy of their previous qualifications. This service is available for a fee and may be provided either digitally or as a physical hard copy sent via post. Please note that this service is open to all individuals, regardless of membership status.

Requesting a Replacement Certificate

To request a new certificate, please complete the Replacement Certificate Required Information form. Supplying accurate and comprehensive details enables us to efficiently search our certificate database and verify your qualification records. Kindly provide as much relevant information as possible to facilitate this process.

Upon receipt of the requested information, we will issue you an invoice. The search process will commence once payment has been received. This fee is non-refundable, even if we are unable to find your certificate.

Once we have verified your qualification records, you will have two options available to you;

  • Get a reissue of the certificate, included in the original invoice cost;
  • Or, a hard copy of your certificate can be sent for an additional fee. 

All reissued certificates will differ from your original, featuring new logos and branding. 

Cost

Searching our Records - £10

Includes;

  • A full search of our records for your qualification
  • An electronic certificate issued digitally

This fee is non-refundable, even if we are unable to find your certificate.

Hard- Copy Certificate - £20

Includes;

  • Printed hard copy of your certificate on high-quality cardstock.
  • Secure postage to your address

This is an optional extra and does not include the initial search.

Change of Name

We can only reissue certificates in the original name displayed on the completed qualification record. If your name has changed since completing your qualification, we will need some additional information alongside your request. 

If you need to have your certificate amended as part of the replacement, once you have completed the Replacement Certificate Required Information form, please email [email protected] with scanned colour copies of the following documents, where necessary; 

  • A proof of identity, either;

    •  A valid passport
    • An in-date Driving Licence

  • One of the following name-change documents;

    • Marriage Certificate 
    • Divorce papers
    • Deed Poll official record (enrolled or unenrolled)
    • Valid Court Order documentation
