About Me

Global Careers Coach- I have lived and worked in six different countries. My journey has taken me into a squiggly career and I have had to reinvent myself several times as I have moved across cultural boundaries. I am now a qualified Careers Coach, registered with the Careers Development Institute and accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Through a flexible and tailored career coaching programme I help clients navigate their career journey and transform career challenges into developmental opportunities. I work in partnership with my clients to untangle career barriers and set small steps to move forward with realistic career goals and intentions. When you choose to work with me as your coach, you choose a partner whose friends and colleagues have described as adventurous, honest, straightforward, optimistic, and always open to discuss anything and everything. I get a lot of energy and purpose helping people navigate their career and I would genuinely love supporting you with your career journey. I am proud to have embraced a squiggly career myself. I worked as a Project Manager in the not-for-profit sector for 8 years and after a career break to become a parent and with the help of a career coach, I changed directions. Alongside being a qualified professional Careers Coach, I am a qualified Careers Guidance practitioner with more than 15 years' experience conducting one-to-one career interactions with clients in the public and private sector. I have worked with a wide range of people, from coaching expatriate global professionals at Shell Netherlands, to guiding offenders back into work with the National Careers Service. In the last 12 years I have worked in the Higher Education sector helping students and graduates developing their career management skills to successfully enter the early careers job market. I truly believe in the value of trusting the magic of new beginnings and it is for this reason that I love exploring the complex journeys one can take to find purpose at work.
