About Me

I am an independent Careers Guidance professional with the level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and over 20 years experience.

I provide Careers Advice and Guidance to people of all ages, to enable them to develop their potential and to take control of their future career paths.

I regularly work with clients on-line, using a range of video interviewing tools and programmes

I work with every client as an individual, by actively listening to their ideas, thoughts and concerns and supporting them to look at their own skills, strengths and abilities. I then support and guide them through the maze of options, qualifications, courses and career routes, whilst taking into account local and national opportunities and skill shortages.  

I am trained and experienced in delivering the popular Morrisby Psychometric Assessment, to individuals and groups, using the new on-line version as well as the traditional written version.

My experience as a Careers Guidance Professional has been gained in large careers organisations, a charity and community interest companies and independently through my own company. I have been working as an Independent Careers Adviser for ten years and I am currently the independent Careers Guidance professional for a large secondary school in Devon.  I am particularly experienced in working with 6^th form students, having extensive knowledge of higher education routes, qualifications and alternative non-university routes.

As well working in schools, I regularly see young people and adults on an individual basis, providing the full range of careers guidance services and the Morrisby Psychometric Assessment.
