About Me
I am an Independent Careers Adviser and Founder of the Sussex Apprenticeship Bootcamp, specialising in helping students and professionals to navigate education, employment, and career transitions.I work with schools, colleges and organisations to deliver impactful career guidance through 1:1 coaching, group workshops, and structured careers education programmes. My approach is practical, supportive, and outcomes-focused — equipping individuals with the confidence, clarity, and tools they need to secure apprenticeships, further study, or sustainable careers.
Alongside my careers work, I hold a Level 3 training qualification and have designed and delivered a wide range of training courses and study programmes for diverse audiences. This experience enables me to adapt content for both mainstream and SEND cohorts, ensuring accessibility and engagement across all learners.
I am particularly passionate about bridging the gap between education and employment, supporting schools to meet Gatsby Benchmarks and empowering professionals to successfully manage career change.
