Masters (Level 7) qualified careers adviser with over 15 years experience working with young people in a range of settings, including:in a youth centre;
in the community (those not in education, employment or training);
a decade in FE colleges;
secondary schools;
sixth form;
SEND specialist college.
I also have experience leading collaborative projects and mentoring colleagues and trainee advisers.
