DWP launches new Find a Job service for joined-up experience
The DWP has replaced the online Find a Job service with a new system that offers a ‘modern, joined-up search experience’.
While the job search process has been intended to remain familiar to users, it has improved usability, has been designed around user needs and feedback, and allows users to explore roles and apply in one place. The system has been brought in-house by DWP to reduce costs and give flexibility.
The new platform will sit alongside the existing one in a phased migration, so users can complete partial applications without having to switch during the process. However, users will have to re-register and account details, including stored CVs, will not be transferred.

Chris Webb has posted a video review of the new Find a Job and AI work Assitanrt tools which highlight issues with the current deployment.
