Do you have a story to share in the CDI’s Career Matters magazine?
The CDI’s Career matters magazine remains one of our most popular features among members. It is published quarterly and a printed copy is posted to around 4,500 members across the UK, with international members receiving a digital copy.
The magazine is a fantastic way of keeping informed about policy, research, practice and occupations for career development professionals working in all areas of the sector.
Oliver Jenkin, Senior Professional Development and Standards Manager at the CDI and Editor of Career Matters, is keen to encourage more practitioners, researchers, policymakers and leaders across the profession to contribute to the magazine.
Articles can be written on any topic related to career development, including practice, theory, research, occupations or ethical dilemmas amongst others. We are keen that the magazine continues to represent all areas of practice, across the UK and internationally, featuring the greatest range of voices from within the profession.
Articles are typically either 1,100 or 550 words long and are a fantastic way to showcase your work, organisation or occupation. You can view the author guidelines for submissions and back-copies of Career Matters are available in the members area of the CDI website.
If you are interested in authoring an article, please do send your ideas to Oliver Jenkin at: [email protected].
