CDI publishes Welsh language version of Code of Ethics
Following the launch of the client and customer version of the Code of Ethics, the CDI have now published a Welsh language version of the document. This recognises the importance of bilingual service delivery across Wales, as highlighted in a recent CDI Cymru Wales Forum.
The client and customer Code of Ethics has been developed with input from end users of careers services and is designed to make the ethical principles clear, accessible and meaningful for customers. It provides a helpful resource for career development practitioners to help set client expectations, explain how you work and demonstrate the ethical standards you follow.
Publishing the Welsh language version of the client and customer Code of Ethics helps members in Wales demonstrate their professionalism to customers.
