Sobhan Mohmand is a successful career expert with over 10 years of experience in providing career advice to job seekers and young professionals. He is the founder of CV Plaza, CV Compass and a number of other brands which focus exclusively on helping people find and secure jobs.

Sobhan holds a Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development. He is a full member of the Career Development Institute (CDI) and is listed on the Official UK Register of Career Development Professionals. He is an experienced team leader and project manager.

In addition to being a qualified Careers Advisor, Sobhan also has a 1^st class honours degree in BSc Multimedia Computing from Aston University and various other qualifications in IT and business. He is passionate about using technology to facilitate the effective delivery of careers services.
