Mid Wales Regional Skills Partnership backs new 360° Careers platform
The Mid Wales Regional Skills Partnership has announced its support for the new Careers in 360 platform, designed to connect learners, educators, and employers. The platform provides interactive resources to help young people explore career pathways, understand local labour market opportunities, and develop skills aligned with regional needs.
Employers can showcase opportunities and highlight the skills they value, while schools and colleges gain access to tailored content that supports careers education.
The initiative aims to strengthen links between education and employment, ensuring learners are better prepared for the world of work and that businesses can engage directly with future talent.
