Graduate Futures’ new barometer on careers support for graduates

Graduate Futures institute (formerly AGCAS) has published its Quarterly Data Barometer report on careers and employability support for students and graduates. The report covers responses from 91 careers leaders at higher education members of Graduate Futures and gives a snapshot of the support provided.

Over one million students completed a careers survey, nearly a million accessed careers information online and more than 215,000 attended 1-2-1 careers guidance appointments. 386,000 people attended careers events, with many attending more than one.

As well as current students, 211,000 graduates received careers support from their university and 45% of institutions offer lifetime careers support. 94% of careers services use some form of AI in student-facing or back-office services.

The Barometer is a new publication by Graduate Futures and will track each quarter, building a long-term view of trends.
