How is the training delivered?
Whether the course is face to face, blended or on line, you will receive a high level of support to maximise your learning experience.
Our training team has a wealth of experience in the career development sector. Each course comprises taught input days, tutor support, assessment, and access to recorded presentations. You will also be provided with bespoke Work Books for each unit and access to a wealth of resources

- Full Diploma
- Seven Mandatory Units from the Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development aimed at those who have already completed the OCR units of the Career Leadership Certificate
- Three Level 6 units for those holding a pre-2011 NVQ 4 in Advice and Guidance or LDSS who wish to access the professional register

- For those who are responsible for the planning, delivery and evaluation of career related learning programmes in schools, colleges and other learning environments

- Aimed at professional coaches without a career guidance and development background who want to develop their knowledge of career theory and LMI

- For those career guidance and development professionals who want to update or refresh their guidance practice

- Aimed at qualified career guidance and development professionals new to working with young people with SEND

- Aimed at those who work with career guidance and development practitioners and who have a supporting role for students with SEND in schools and colleges

- Aimed at Employability Practitioners who support clients with successful transition into learning and work. It is highly relevant for those who support long term unemployed and those experiencing barriers to progression
Delivery and Locations That Work for You
Our on-line delivery is popular with learners enjoying the interactive approach. We are able to offer the training at locations to suit you, subject to a minimum number of eight people wishing to train at the same time. Membership Requirement
Please note, some Academy courses require an active CDI Membership to undertake the accredited routes. This can be a currently active membership, or a new one started at the time of the Academy course. This membership type must be Individual Membership - Affiliate and School Affiliate Memberships cannot be used to participate in accredited Academy course.
