The Careers People The Careers People supports over 300 schools and colleges with high-quality, inclusive CEIAG, reaching more than 178,000 students this year. Our team of Advisors deliver impartial guidance alongside innovative digital tools, including school-branded careers newsletter, Apprenticeship Academy, career tutor programme, and an online community for over 1,000 careers professionals. Our products strengthen provision, improve access, and raise aspiration. Through a blend of expertise and innovation, we are transforming how careers education is delivered and experienced. |
Progress Careers Progress Careers delivers high-quality, personalised careers guidance that transforms outcomes for young people while raising standards across the profession. Supporting more than 56,000 young people across over 100 schools, we combine expert Level 6 and 7-qualified advisers, innovative data intelligence and strong partnerships to achieve outstanding outcomes, including confirmed NEET figures of just 2.5%. With 99% of schools rating our service good or excellent, we also invest in the future careers workforce through apprenticeships, placements and continuous professional development |
