Career Connect 

In 25/26, we reached more than 120,000 people (up on 107,375) with our strategy to bring impartial, informed careers information to more people especially the most vulnerable; design tailored services that genuinely meet need; train the next generation of careers advisers to empower others; amplify participant/sector voices; undertake research and innovation programmes that influence policy. At the core is collaboration: with schools, local authorities, criminal justice, agencies, sector partners and academia – positioning careers as essential to the future of the public sector and economy.

The Careers People

The Careers People supports over 300 schools and colleges with high-quality, inclusive CEIAG, reaching more than 178,000 students this year. Our team of Advisors deliver impartial guidance alongside innovative digital tools, including school-branded careers newsletter, Apprenticeship Academy, career tutor programme, and an online community for over 1,000 careers professionals. Our products strengthen provision, improve access, and raise aspiration. Through a blend of expertise and innovation, we are transforming how careers education is delivered and experienced.

Progress Careers

Progress Careers delivers high-quality, personalised careers guidance that transforms outcomes for young people while raising standards across the profession. Supporting more than 56,000 young people across over 100 schools, we combine expert Level 6 and 7-qualified advisers, innovative data intelligence and strong partnerships to achieve outstanding outcomes, including confirmed NEET figures of just 2.5%. With 99% of schools rating our service good or excellent, we also invest in the future careers workforce through apprenticeships, placements and continuous professional development
