Castleford Academy
Castleford Academy’s careers programme is a whole-school, inclusive and evidence-led programme that supports pupils from Year 7 to Year 11 to explore future pathways, engage with employers and education providers, and make confident next-step decisions. Through Careers Explore, Careers Encounter and Careers Embark, pupils access meaningful experiences including work experience, college taster days, employer projects, careers fairs, guidance interviews and tailored support for SEND and priority pupils.
Education Partnership Northeast
Enhanced Curriculum is our impactful, progressive Careers and Study Programme, delivered alongside qualifications to develop future changemakers. Created by Education Partnership North-East for our learners. At its core are two Frameworks: Changemaking Personal Development, and Global Skills working together as an integrated programme. Each element mapped against the CDI Framework and scaffolded from Entry level to Level 3. Creating young people who can think critically, lead responsibly and shape better futures for themselves, their communities, workplaces, and wider world.
St Paul's CEIAG Department
St Paul’s High School CEIAG Department delivers an outstanding, inclusive careers programme reaching all 1,800 students, with 906 receiving timetabled provision. As an all ability school, it ensures “careers for all,” combining strong promotion of apprenticeships and academic routes through a structured Post 18 Pathways Strategy. Supported by employer partnerships, work experience and initiatives such as An Droichead (The Bridge), all 167 students secured progression opportunities, demonstrating a high-impact model of ambition, inclusion and sustained success for all learners.
