The UK Career Development Awards (UKCDAs) are one of the most anticipated highlights of the CDI calendar, celebrating the outstanding achievements, innovation and dedication of individuals and organisations across the career development profession both in the UK and around the world.
Following the introduction of new award categories in 2025, we've also reviewed the timing of our Awards celebration. Instead of taking place in June, on the eve of the National Careers Leaders' Conference, we're delighted to announce that the 2026 UKCDA winners will be revealed and celebrated at the CDI National Conference in December making this flagship event even more special.
There’s also an important change to the nominations timetable. Nominations for the 2026 Awards will open in early June and close in July. This replaces the previous schedule, where nominations opened in December and closed towards the end of January.
