This session will focus on culturally responsive career guidance, exploring how identity, migration, family expectations and lived experience shape career pathways. We will reflect on the tensions that can arise between individual aspiration and cultural context, and how we as practitioners can navigate these conversations with sensitivity, respect and honesty. This is particularly relevant for those working with multicultural communities or in diverse settings.
