Pride in Practice: Supporting LGBTQIA+ Clients and Looking After Yourself

This relaunch session will reintroduce the CDI EDI Series through a reflective and honest exploration of LGBTQIA+ inclusive practice and practitioner wellbeing. Together, we will consider what truly affirming guidance looks like beyond surface-level inclusion, how our own identities shape career conversations, and how we sustain ourselves in this work without burning out. This session is open to CDI members and the wider community who are committed to creating safe, inclusive and reflective spaces in practice.
