With competing demands such as caseloads, targets, and service delivery models, ongoing development can easily slip. This workshop creates space to reflect on the realities of staying current, the risks of standing still, and practical ways to maintain and strengthen practice. Attendees will be challenged to examine how their practice evolves over time, identifying where it drifts, and how to maintain depth and effectiveness in real-world contexts.
This session is suitable for qualfiied career development practitioners working across education, employability and adult guidance sessions.

• Identify where practice may have shifted, narrowed, or become routine over time.
• Use a structured reflective approach to diagnose gaps between knowledge, confidence and day-to-day delivery, and take action to srengthen practice.
