During this session, Jules Benton and Chris Targett will be talking about all things careers, and why it matters to them that practitioners have the opportunity to reflect on what they do and why they do it.
The session will explore some of the important factors underpinning career guidance delivery, including ethics, philosophy, design, self-care and mistakes, things that may not have been covered in professional training but make a huge difference to how we, and our clients, experience career guidance.
Jules and Chris welcome the opportunity for attendees to ask questions during the session. Like the A - Z sections of their book, this will provide a useful 'watercooler moment' for practitioners to seek guidance on some of the dilemmas that can arise in the course of careers work.
