Inclusive from the Start: SEND and Ethical AI

This session will explore inclusive practice from the outset, with a focus on SEND and the growing role of AI in career development. We will move beyond compliance and ask what accessibility actually looks like in practice, while also critically examining how digital tools can both support and unintentionally widen inequalities. This is a space for reflection, challenge and practical thinking as the landscape continues to evolve.
