Identity, Inclusion and Opportunity

This session will explore identity, safety and opportunity with a focus on trans and non-binary inclusion in career development. We will reflect on how discrimination and bias can show up in subtle and overt ways, and how practitioners can respond in a way that centres dignity, respect and agency. This is a supportive space to build confidence in navigating these conversations.
