In an era of scrutiny on graduate outcomes, the University of Huddersfield has taken an innovative, student first approach to careers education.

Through a strategic partnership with global labour market data specialists Lightcast, the university developed the Graduate Career Explorer, an award winning bespoke dashboard that turns complex data into clear, actionable insights for students.

This session explores how the project was conceived, built, and embedded, the impact it has already delivered, and the lessons learned along the way. Attendees will gain practical insight into how careers services can lead digital transformation, strengthen employer engagement, and empower students to make confident, data-informed career decisions.
