Disability, Career Change and the Long Game

In this session, we will explore disability and career development across the lifespan, with a focus on adult transitions, career change and the realities people navigate over time. We will challenge assumptions around employment gaps and “readiness”, and reflect on how we can offer meaningful, empowering support without lowering expectations. This session invites practitioners to think more critically and compassionately about long-term career journeys.
