FAQ's

• When will my 90 days access begin?

Your 90 days access period will begin from the day you receive your enrolment information from Moodle. After 6 months your access will be removed. 

• When will I get my login access?

The registration for Moodle is a manual process. We will update the registrations on a weekly basis. Please allow at least 7 working days to receive your log in details.

• Can you offer an extension to the 90 days access period?

We may be able to offer access extensions under certain circumstances however this may incur an additional charge.
