Collaboration: Working with and alongside your key stakeholders

The session will be led by John Walker, a career development professional / trainer and company director for many years, and will further build on your understanding of stakeholder engagement and how we can identify, influence and negotiate career development work with our key stakeholders.

By the end of the session, participants will have explored:
•    The identification of key stakeholders and how to use a power interest grid to develop communication strategies
•    How to identify the common purpose that brings key stakeholders together to collaborate
•    Ways to influence people to gain buy in to an idea and or project
•    The range of approaches to negotiation
•    Have an opportunity to reflect on and further practice a range of skills.
