During this Regional Meeting, we'll be covering how 'walk and talk' sessions can work in guidance, why they can work, and how to get the most from them - for you, and for your clients.
The session will be led by Alex Pye RCDP. Alex is a careers sdviser based in Berkshire who has worked in a range of settings over the last two decades, most recently delivering support and personal guidance to young people who are not in employment, education or training. With a background in outdoor learning and education outside the classroom, Alex has brought these interests into his careers offer and can routinely be found walking and talking with clients to help them realise their potential and support them getting unstuck.
