Careers in the RAF: Explore. Experience. Inspire.

In this session, we will showcase the RAF offer covering the 3 routes to entry, qualifications, and selection process. We will provide an overview of the roles available, including Apprenticeships, and the wider lifestyle, education and medical benefits offered to RAF personnel. A special segment will cover the RAF Virtual Work Experience, how it can be accessed, what it offers your students, how it can be used in class and future ongoing development. This session is aimed at Careers and Year Leads in secondary, further and higher education. By the end of the session attendees should feel empowered to discuss the RAF offer as a potential employer and signpost students correctly to information on the RAF Virtual Work Experience program and RAF recruitment website.
