Career Narratives, Race and Representation

This session will centre race, representation and voice within career development. We will explore how systemic inequalities shape opportunity, whose stories are heard within guidance spaces, and how narrative approaches can support more inclusive and anti-racist practice. This is an opportunity to reflect honestly on our own practice and consider how we move beyond awareness into action.
