A career coach/trainer, assessor and MBTI qualified practitioner with over 15 years experience, working directly with individuals to enhance and develop their skills, abilities and confidence. The majority of work undertaken during this period of time has been with young people aged 13 – 25yrs, either in schools, or Post 16 settings. Qualified to Masters Post Graduate Level in Guidance providing and enhanced level of practice when working with the complex issued faced by young people at the turning point in their educational career, making Post 16 choices.Known for exceptional communication, organisation and creative skills, as well as offering stimulating class based workshops on topics such as Post 16 Options; Gap Year Choices; UCAS and the application process; Apprenticeship Workshops.
