A dedicated Career/Employability Consultant with a robust background in career coaching and training delivery, my mission involves empowering individuals to harness their potential and navigate their career pathways effectively. My recent endeavors working within the employability and education sectors have honed my ability to devise strategic career education and guidance within secondary schools, facilitating students' transition to the workforce. I have a specific interest in supporting people with SEMH needs as well as embracing nerodiversity, and have focused my recent CPD in these areas. Leveraging a Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development, alongside certifications in education and training, my approach couples individualised support with comprehensive career information and advice. The core competencies that underline my professional practice include job coaching and coordinating activities aimed at reinvigorating the unemployed sector and nurturing the aspirations of the upcoming generation.
