About Me

With over 19 years worth of experience in the Secondary Education sector, I deliver a range of one-to-one guidance, as well as organising the careers deliver across my school. I am qualified to level 6 through the Diploma in Careers Guidance; in addition I hold the LDSS NVQ level 4. In my previous roles I have worked in over 50 locations all across Kent, including grammar schools, high schools, SEND schools and colleges, FE colleges and job centres. I am passionate about supporting individuals to make informed decisions, and empowering them to develop their own decision making and planing. I take a non-judgemental and client centred approach so, no matter what the idea I will listen and help students to seek clarity in their aims for the future.
