Tracy Harris

About Me

I am a registered Career professional and currently work independently supporting and guiding clients throughout the career trajectory.

I also work in the education of Careers advisers and Careers Leaders for a training provider and this supports my work as a practitioner keeping me current and up to date. I quality manage the courses and develop the curriculum.

As well as this I am a keen research and development professional working across curriculum development as well as working on raising aspirations projects. I am also currently working in the role of Yorkshire and Humber representative for the CDI.

My passion is quality guidance and its ability to support and motivate and guide a client/student through what can be difficult choices.

My history is as a Careers manager; managing a team of advisers across the North East (Newcastle) area as well as having worked in school leading Careers programmes and work related learning and in FE/HE settings. My background also is in education, teaching and learning and working across diverse projects (Widening participation projects as an example). 

I have over 25 years + expereince and am passionate about what I do, I have testimonials from those I have supported and am always keen to develop and to enagage with clients.
