About Me
Working with young people in various settings for over 30 years, supporting them to increase their confidence and knowledge. Encouraging them to be happy with their life choices and giving them the tools to deal with any challenges and obstacles. Helping them to recognise their skills, increasing their confidence and knowledge. The Career Development Institute informs my daily work, from one-to-one guidance appointments to mentoring staff and students. I am a Registered Career Development Professional and a Mentor for the CDI. The future workforce needs to be resourceful and resilient creative thinkers who can problem solve and make decisions confidently.Method of delivery
