Purpose-Driven Careers was founded in 2024 by Tina Carrington who is passionate about making a positive impact by addressing the needs of marginalised young people, advocating and empowering others to reach their full potential. I have strong interpersonal skills needed to support young people by building effective relationships that are non-judgemental. Empathic listener and patient, encourages self-esteem and self-confidence for achieving optimal outcomes.
