My passion lies in helping people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds to appreciate and develop their full potential and find fulfilment in their careers.

A well-qualified careers practitioner with a wealth of experience in both career development and the world of employment, I am able to provide a comprehensive range of careers services to both individual clients and organisations.

The services I provide are tailored to meet the individual needs of the organisation or client, and include:

My career, (which has ranged from working as the Career Development Manager in an organisation with over 6000 employees to providing 1:1 careers advice to young people at the annual Big Bang STEM Careers Fair at the NEC in Birmingham) has given me a very good knowledge of a wide range of different occupational areas, and both the public and private sectors.  

I am professionally qualified in Career Development (Level 6), Coaching and Mentoring (Level 7) and a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and have NCFE qualifications in Managing Diversity and Mental Health Awareness.

I am committed to providing a high quality service, promoting equality and inclusivity and to abiding by the CDI Code of Ethics
