About Me

I am a Level 6 qualified Careers Practitioner working as an Independent Freelance Careers Adviser. I have experience working with all age groups from Yr7-Yr13 to adults. I offer: Career planning and 1 to 1 careers guidance. Small/large group work and programme delivery. Delivery of assemblies along with support for parents and options evenings. Working with parents, carers and school and college staff to support individual students and young people with special educational needs. Design and development of career programmes to inspire young people as well as career resources. Wide range of experience including supporting young people with their options including university, apprenticeship, employment, gap year and studying abroad using a wide range of resources and strategies. Experience in writing careers related information. Organisation of careers related events. I work with young people across the Hampshire area and surrounding areas both in 1-1 guidance and remote. I provide a high quality service meeting the requirements of the Careers Strategy which includes the Gatsby Benchmarks and is aligned to the Career Development Skills Framework.
