About Me
I work for CXK on the National Career Service contract covering the South East of England. I have 20 years of experience that includes working with young people in a school/college setting (12 years) and with adults on the NCS contract (8 years).
I hold the Diploma in Careers Guidance at level 6 and have further training including running Morrisby Assessments and providing subsequent feedback.
I particularly enjoy delivering interactive presentations and absolutely love helping people with CV writing, interview skills/techniques, looking at self-employment, building resilience and of course careers guidance with particular reference to transferable skills and utilising fun resources/techniques to help develop greater self-awareness and thus enhancing career management skills.
