About Me

My practice is grounded in a strong belief in the power of career development to create opportunities, build confidence, and foster meaningful change. I take a holistic, person-centred approach, dedicating time to understanding each individual’s unique story, strengths, and aspirations. I use theory-informed, reflective, and trauma-aware methods to create a psychologically safe environment and support individuals at a pace that feels right for them.

Throughout my earlier career in dental healthcare and early years education, I learned the importance of ethical judgment and relationship-based practices. These experiences continue to shape my approach today, guiding me to work with empathy, fairness, and a strong commitment to inclusion. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who face additional barriers, including care-experienced young people, survivors of domestic abuse, and those dealing with social, economic, or health-related challenges.

Collaboration and continuous learning are essential to my identity as a practitioner. I value working alongside colleagues, partners, and communities, and I am committed to ongoing professional development that enhances my professional judgment and ethical practice. My goal is always to empower individuals to recognise their capabilities, expand their sense of possibility, and confidently take the next steps toward fulfilling and self-directed futures.
