About Me

I lead on careers at Roundhay School, with the city’s biggest school sixth form (600+ students). Diversity and inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do and we pride ourselves on the support we offer each and every student in terms of their post-18 options. We champion ALL pathways and run bespoke programmes for Oxbridge and Medical/Dentistry applicants, comprehensive support for all UCAS applications and a tailored programme for students interested in employment/apprenticeships.

We are award-winning and rated Outstanding by Ofsted but never stand still. My current project is enhancing our support programme for disadvantaged students, increasing encounters with employers across all of our subject areas and ensuring all Year 12 disadvantaged/underrepresented students secure an in-person work experience placement.
