About Me

I am a dedicated Careers and Education Adviser with over 12 years of experience in pastoral and career support. I have graduated with my MA in Career Development and Employability with Distinction, including a research project exploring the factors influencing women’s decisions to return to work after having children.


Currently, I work within the Youth Futures Team, focusing on providing personalised careers guidance to 16 and 17-year-olds who are at risk of not being in education, employment, or training (NEET). I collaborate with schools, colleges, businesses, charities, and other partners to ensure young people receive the tailored support they need to overcome barriers and successfully progress to their next steps.


My approach is both strategic and hands-on, working in the community to deliver impactful guidance and support. Through a combination of individual sessions, workshops, and collaborative efforts, I empower young people to identify their strengths and achieve their career goals. I also bring strong experience in project work, such as leading a volunteer-driven careers programme and contributing to research that enhances the undergraduate placement experience.


I have extensive experience working with people from 16 years old, but I am passionate about making a positive difference in people of all ages lives. I work to help them navigate their career paths with confidence and clarity.
