About Me

I work with students from Year 7 through to Year 11 at Fareham Academy school; Career planning, Workshops and 1 to 1 careers guidance. Delivery of assemblies along with support for parents and options evenings. Working with parents, carers and school staff to support individual students' needs. Assisting in the design and development of career programmes to inspire young people as well as career resources. I support Fareham Academy to meet the requirements of the Careers Strategy which includes the Gatsby Benchmarks and aligned to The Career Development Skills Framework. This is achieved through the delivery of Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG), Work Experience, Careers Inspiration Events, Employer Led Interactions (Work Related Learning), and by trying to bridge strong partnerships with local and national businesses so they can engage with our schools for our career related activities.
