About Me

I have a wealth of experience in CEIAG and my current role requires me to: - Offer 1:1 careers guidance for all pupils Year 11 and be available for CEIAG requests from pupils in Year 7 - Year 10 - Ensure all above pupils have a "September Guarantee" once leaving education Offering concise, non-judgmental and impartial advice & guidance to all pupils regardless of background, ability or aspirations - Provide relevant and updated information on all local opportunities in further/higher education and training, including apprenticeships and traineeships - Support pupils with applications, CVs and interview preparation - Raise aspirations and support the school in working towards achieving all 8 Gatsby Benchmarks - Ensure all pupils have equal access to opportunities and strive to ensure all students work towards engaging in a positive destination and avoid being 'not in education or employment' (NEET)
