About Me

A qualified Careers/Education Coach and Consultant, with a successful international career in Blue Chip companies, as well as small business and start-up experience, and over 15 years’ experience in careers and education guidance. I offer specialist early career coaching to individuals in the UK and worldwide on self-awareness, career choice, early career transitions, CV development, job search/applications, interview preparation, bespoke interview practice, graduate scheme applications and ongoing career management and development. My education advice covers applications to university, masters and apprenticeships, interview preparation and practice, and student mentoring and crisis management. I also work with companies, including schools and Higher Education Institutions, providing 1-2-1 guidance interventions, careers curriculum design and development, staff training, student/group training programmes and transition/outplacement support. Previously, I worked for Microsoft and PriceWaterhouseCoopers and provided consultancy to a wide range of corporations, including Shell, NHS, the Bank of England, and Rolls Royce. During this period, I gained experience in strategic management, business development, marketing, product development, project management, training and consultancy. I lived in Asia for many years, and through this, I developed an in-depth understanding of a diversity of cultures and different business practices.
