Having spent over 20 years heading up the HR & Talent Development functions for a range of blue chip companies and start ups, I now work on career development and life design - and love it!

Working in and around Surrey and London, I offer career coaching, education, information and guidance in the form of practical support for pupils, parents, teachers and professionals. This includes:

-       Consultancy, practical information and advice to help schools with their commitment to offer careers guidance for pupils - in accordance with all eight Gatsby benchmarks.

-       1:1 or group career coaching for students and adults.

-    Employability Skills and Career Action Planning workshops­­

-    Train the Trainer sessions for teaching staff to enable them to run a stable careers programme within school without the need to spend money on additional resources.
