About Me

I am a Level 7 qualified careers development professional. I haved worked with young people from Year 7 through to Year 13 in a number of secondary schools, colleges, sixth forms and charities in the Hampshire and bordering areas with EBP South. I now work as an independent careers advisor providing Career planning and 1 to 1 careers guidance to students from Y9 to Y13 I am able to provide large group work and programme delivery, delivery of assemblies along with support for parents and options evenings. Working with parents, carers and school staff to support individual student or young people. I am able to work with schools and individuals. With EBP I worked with schools providing support to meet the requirements of the Careers Strategy including the Gatsby Benchmarks and aligned to The Career Development Skills Framework. This was achieved through the delivery of Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG), Careers Inspiration Events, Employer Led Interactions (Work Related Learning), Mentoring. Ebp is a Matrix accredited organisation whose mission is to inspire and prepare young people for the world of work. A customer focused social enterprise and registered charity who have strong partnerships with local and national businesses. By brokering these partnerships we make it easy for businesses to engage with schools, colleges and sixth forms across Hampshire.
